Absolutely. You could run email on a per-ticket rate, phone on a per-agent hourly model, and live chat on a bundle. We will structure a combined quote that fits your operational reality.
How are overages billed?+
Overages are calculated at the end of each billing month and invoiced separately. You will receive a detailed breakdown showing units consumed vs bundle allowance, with overage charges clearly itemised. We also offer usage alerts so you can track in real time.
Are there setup fees or minimum contract lengths?+
No hidden setup fees for standard configurations. The Starter plan is rolling monthly. Growth and Enterprise plans typically start on a 3-month initial term for operational stability. We will always be transparent upfront.
Is the service truly white-label?+
Yes. Agents answer in your company name, follow your brand guidelines, use your tone of voice, and operate within your chosen platforms. Your customers will never know the support is outsourced unless you choose to tell them.
What hours do you cover?+
Standard UK business hours (9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) are included in all plans. Extended hours, evenings, and weekend coverage are available as add-ons. 24/7 coverage is available on Enterprise plans.
Can unused bundle allowances roll over?+
Yes. Starter plans allow partial rollover on call minutes. Growth and Enterprise plans allow a larger proportion of unused allowances to roll over — capped at one months worth. Full details confirmed at agreement.
